A view of the Alyeska Ski Resort from up top Alyeska Mountain. The breath taking view has to be seen to be believed.

This is obviously an Air Jamaica Air Bus 320. Though this was not Jamaica. It is at the Grantly Adams International Airport. Disembarking after a flight from JFK

A view of the part of the Chugach Mountain range (I think) somewhere between Anchorage and Seward.

A pissing polar bear at the Alaska Zoo

I think this is the sign to mark the original starting point of the Iditarod in Seward.

This is some inlet the runs along the Seward Highway. I forgot the name. Though I think it may be the Cook Inlet.

Alaska Railroad. Looks like the dining car.

Veiw from Seward Highway.

Another pic of a mountain between Anchorage and Seward.

A Cargo 360 Boeing 747 that just landed at ANC.

Ok I think this was taken at a rest stop along the Seward Highway.

On the Portage Cruise boat.

Portage Glacier

I don't quite remember where in AK this is. I think it was in portage while I was on the Portage Glacier Cruise.

Now isn't this calming. Kidding. Just testing my camera. The famous Alaska heat was reaking havoc on my cam.

A Singapore Airlines Cargo Boeing 747 with winglets on approach at ANC.

Nippon Cargo Airlines Boeing 747 on approach at ANC. Aggh! Than dang tree just jumped in to the shot. How rude.

The yellow thing floating next to the polar bear is an organge. Or, was it a grapefruit. Oh well either way , a polar bear eating a grapefruit?

FedEx McDonald Douglas MD-11F cargo plane with winglets.

Ak again, just don't remember where.

Polar bear eating an orange at AK zoo.

World Airways cargo McDonald Douglas DC-10 or MD-11F. That dang tree again wants to be in every shot.

UPS DC-10 or MD-11F with winglets, after take off from ANC.

This is the park where I took the pictures of the air planes landing at ANC. That brown spot in the middle of the picture is a moose. See how close to the path it is. I was like oh hell no, and turned around. Then I saw this guy walked right by it so I did the same. You better believe if that moose had moved when I walked by...

I called this moose, the Bad Boy Moose, because he was sitting in the middle of a shooting range.

Oooohh! Look at the kids with the cute little moosey woosey.

Another test of camera at Alaska Zoo

1978 Cessna 172N after take off from ANC.

Ice Berg? Portage Alaska.

I can't remember if this is in Portage or Seward AK.

I know I took this in AK, but again I don't remember where.

Glacier blue.

Anchorage, AK. This is walk trail from where I took the pictures of the air planes taking off.

If you look really close, the ice floating in the water just broke off form the glacier, there is a name for it but of course I don't remember. The tour guide was just saying that we would not see such an accurrence on that day because the conditions weren't right. The moment he finished making that statement it occurred.

Absolutely beautiful.
